Fudge dyes always seem to get a good review. I didn't think it was anything special. It didn't seem to last that long and for £8 it just wasn't worth it!
Nice 'N' Easy came out well but faded to brown after a few weeks. This was probably because Adam's hair had been bleached.

This was my first hair experiment on Adam.
I started by bleaching all of Adam's hair. Although it was already blond it wasn't light enough to take the colour. (see bleaching section). Once that was done and washed out I did the tips. To do this I mixed a small amount of Nice 'N' Easy 122. As his hair was damp I spiked it up with my fingers and applied the dye to the tips of his hair using a tint brush and the top and my fingers for the back and sides. We waited 20 minutes and washed it out. After that I put Fudge Paintbox Strawberry Fields (a kind of Ketchup colour) dye all over and left that on for about an hour. As this isn't a chemical dye I was able to use heat from a hair dryer to help his hair to take in the dye.

This was fluffy-haired Adam just after his hair had been done. The colour came out exactly as expected but later faded to a pale pinkish colour and then washed out completely.

You can see why I did the tips black as it looks cool when it's all spiked. I later did the back and sides black at the tips too when his hair had got longer.
