My thoughts
The white toner was a bit disappointing. I know this stuff is kind of tricky to get right though. It did make Adam's hair look platinum but to achieve really white hair it needs to be bleached to almost white which I guess I didn't do. If you're trying this I recommend you make sure your hair is bleached enough in normal daylight.

#2 Black & White Toner

After the red dye from my last experiment (see Adam's Adventures #1) had washed out we decided Adam needed something new done. I decided that since he already had black tips that white would look good with it because of the contrast. First thing I did was a quick bleaching to do his root regrowth and to get the remaining faded red out.
After that I retouched the Nice 'N' Easy black which was already there but had started to fade. I then applied the Directions White Toner. It's kind of lilac coloured which helps to balance any yellow tones left after bleaching. I left that on for about an hour and then we washed it off.
