Hair Gone Orange

A:Orange hair is usually a side effect of bleaching out black. Anyone who has black hair or who has ever tried to bleach out black dye will know how bad it is when you bleach for hours and end up with orange. Best thing to do is give your hair a rest for a day or two, condition it loads and then rebleach. Bleaching out black dye takes a lot of patience. If you have dyed black hair and you want to lighten it use a colour remover first and then bleach it blond from an orange stage. Sometimes red washes out to orange. If this is the case you can either re-dye it red, dye your hair brown, put up with it until it washes out, or dye it a dark colour that covers up orange.
