Stop Colouring and Go Grey

Q:I have dyed my air for many years. My natural colour is medium brown. Right now my hair is light brown with some light brown highlights. I would like to stop colouring my hair and go naturally grey? How would I go about doing this?

A:A good way to blend in your natural coloured roots is to go for highlights which will allow you to grow in a lot more of your natural, uncoloured hair while blending it with previously coloured hair as it grows out. If you gradually decrease the number of highlights you have you can allow more and more of your natural colour to grow in without any harsh demarcation.
