Toning Bleached Hair Blonde

Q:I bleached my hair to white someone told me i could dye over it with a darker blond can i? what shade/brand would be best

A:Yes, you can tone it down to a darker blond. Clairol make a range of blond toners called Born Blonde which is specifically designed for hair that has been bleached and requires a blond tone. Avoid ash shades without first doing a strand test or you could get a greenish hue. Also avoid anything too coppery which is likely to go orange on bleached hair.
