I dyed my hair with this color. I started out with medium-dark brown hair with bleached blonde streaks. The purple grabbed on to my streaks EXTREMELY well -- this color will always be known to me as "Wow, That's Really Purple" because it was SO bright. It lasted on my hair for a fairly long time, longer than it said on the bottle for sure. I ended up having to dye over what was left (a nice pale lavender color) a month later for a conference, but it was still sticking to what were my roots. I have about an inch left of lavender in some places, still, and I dyed it at the end of May. It was hardly fading after a week, but after two, it was noticeably lighter. I'd definitely dye my hair with this again, and recommend it to those who want purple hair. I wouldn't go for it for a very temporary color (as it is marketed) but it's certainly not permanent either.
