I'm a 25 year old mom to two young boys, and married 6 years now to my high school sweetheart. I've had my hair crazy for a little over a year now. I find it to be a great BS filter, because if people are put off by my hair, then they definitely wouldn't enjoy my bawdy, juvenile sense of humor and propensity for speaking my mind.
