Wow it's a bit quiet around here lately!

I'm guessing it's something to do with the hot weather in the UK and the start of the summer holidays for a lot of people... but is it just me or has it been a bit quiet here for the last few days?
What's everyone up to?
I've been playing the sims 3 a bit too much, working quite a lot and plotting a new Adventure for Adam (if we can ever find a time when we're both not busy!).
Unfortunately it's not warm in Dundee, in fact it's been foggy for about a week, so no playing outside for me.

ive been just running around town not really doing much. i went camping once, and went to one of our lakes, but thats about it. its about 77 degrees F here.
and it was ninety yesterday.

Be very open and honest with who and what you are. If people still like you, fine, if not, that's their problem.

It's been dead silent here the past few days. Eerily so.
I've been just managing to live through the insane heat (it was in the nineties for a week; luckily it's cooled down to the sixties), doing a lot of cooking for huge parties, and learning hoop dancing tricks (this is proving to be far more difficult than I had anticipated; still very fun though). I've also been attempting to find space in my schedule to run to Sally and get started on getting this auburn out of my hair. Unfortunately, it's looking like I'm going to have to push this back at least a week.

There isn't much going on here but the weather has been bizarre.
One day it's extremely hot and humid but the next it's pouring rain.
I'm hiding out back in my hometown though because there's a garbage strike in Toronto and after a week I'm sure it smells awful over there.
So I'm not in a hurry to come home.
:P

I check the Recent Topics thread a few times every day - there's been no new posts for 3 days now, so it definitely is quiet!
Hopeless - I was down at Yonge-Dundas Square and it was fairly clean on Friday, not stinky. After Pride Parade might be a different story though.
Good to know there's still people around, even if there's nothing to comment on.

I want to come home but I heard that even where I live around Yonge & Finch it kind of smells.
So I wish the strike would hurry up and end already.

Not to be rude but one reason as to why it may be abit quiet is that there arent any new articles or anything being posted to being to comment and discuss and some questions from people on the forum may have already been answered by other forum entrys. But I think personally it is about time that those articles people have made and sent in to published, should be published already. Those people have worked hard into making those articles and I dont think they should have to wait much longer. And I realize you are busy we all have our own individual lives and issues but this has been put off for too long.

The temperature's pretty high here, too, around 30something degrees celsius. In July it'll probably hit 40+, or maybe 50.O_O You just have to move little during the day. We have to turn into vampires! 
(If you see what time it was here when I posted this, you'll see I'm succeeding towards that goal. :P)
Jude, I've been playing the Sims 3, too. Lots of fun!.
I've also been coding and going to some concerts. I went to a Loreena McKennitt one on Monday, woohoo!
My pillow's calling me now, we have some serious conversing to do. About 8 solid hours should do. :p

I've just got back from holiday in Scotland, it was beautiful
Other than that not been particularly busy - although I have just had most of my hair chopped off - I'll post pics when I've worked out what to do with it!
Too blimmin' hot for me - roll on the thunderstorm that's being predicted....
