Whats the best place to buy permanent hair dye over here?

There's a Sally beauty Supply in my area that sells N'Rage dye, thing is they only supply red and pink, and if I'm correct the only thing they have at other stores, like wal*mart CVS and whatnot, have only spray-on stuff.

TSX is by me in the mall, and they sell SFX dyes. Thats not permanent tho.
Hmmm.....ULTA has box dyes, nothing unnaturally colored though.
The WalMart and CVS's by me have box dyes, and Target too.

Walgreens Drugstore carries your basic permanant brands. They also have a few unnatural semi-permanant dyes the brand is called Splat and they have: purple, pink, blue, and red.

You can't do it.
Its only used as an advertisement and stuff.

Hot Topic used to sell SFX, but they stopped and switched to some other brand. I have no idea how well that works... I think it's a semi-perm anyway.

Splat is actually quite good, the only problem is it only comes in red, blue, and maybe one other color. They sell that at Walgreens, for sure, probably some other such stores.

Sally's around here are good places for natural and unnatural dies...that's where I've been going recently. I haven't tried any of their unnaturals yet (unless you count gray/silver as unnatural?).

I live in the Midwest, so I'm not necessarily a good barometer for this kind of thing! =)
