So, this weekend I went to prom...it was lame :(. I got all gussied up and found it to be just a much more expensive homecoming. (a dj, some tables and a plant with lights around it) But I went with some friends to Rocky Horror afterwards so it wasn't a total waste. I had my mom's friend Dickie come over and do my hair, he was kinda mean and kept saying it was done when it looked like hell (aka, a GIANT poof on top of my head >So, this weekend I went to prom...it was lame :(. Aww thats too bad you didn't like prom much. For our school prom is way nice because we have it at nice locations. Never at our school or even in the same city!

I hope you have fun :) Our prom was at a theater...another prom was on the floor below us so a lot of people hung out there.

a word of advice...wear comfy shoes!!! I had on six inch heels and my legs were killing me (granted stripper shoes aren't very practical, but they were fun)

Haha yeah definitely! Last year I wore 3 inch heels last year and ended up just leaving them with my date while I danced with my friends. Hehe. This year I have 2 inch heels, but everyone ends up shoeless (the girls anyway) after about 2 hours. So no worries!

yeah everyone goes shoe less in about five min here :) but because everyone wanted to see my shoes it was more practical to keep them on. (they had little floating duckies in them)

Very nice! I think I just did a stupid bun with my hair on prom.
