I am going to bleach my hair soon once I get my turquoise hair dye. But I have no idea what I should do. I'm not allowed to dye my whole head. Any suggestions?
Also I have pretty much same length hair with straight across bangs that go right above my eye. But I might get it layered soon.

Dye your bangs and a few strands in the front to frame your face with turquoise.

I think it would look cool if you did the tips of your bangs/fringe. Usually I'm all for keeping dyed tips uneven but I think you could have a really striking look if you kept it as straight as the baseline of your fringe.

You could do an underlayer of color. Coontails are also cool.
