I started with a "circle" of hair on top of my head bleached to white. I separated the center of the circle so there was a ring of hair about an inch wide all the way around my head between the top of the white and the brown. I dyed the "ring" yellow with Punky Colour Bright Yellow.

It's quite a bit brighter than it looks in the pictures. It isn't dull or mustard-colored at all. It started out very yellow (not greenish,) but I've washed it 4 or 5 times since I did it last week and now it's slightly lighter and about the color of a yellow highlighter.

I also have a little bit of Special Effects Cupcake Pink on the left side, but I haven't taken any pictures of it because I don't like how it looks with the yellow.
