Alright... Yesterday I wound up with a horribad haircut. I may've given crappy instructions, the temporary stylist I had may've just been listening badly I really don't know...

But the main problem is I went from having relatively unkempt, but nice looking long hair to a retarded looking Dutch boy haircut. It was turned in at the place and I wound up looking like Anton Chigurh minus any threat...

I need some help fixing this. Even suggestions of hats might help! Anything. Thanks a lot!

the only thing you can do is change the shape. Are you willing to go shorter? Change up the layers and shorten your bangs or sweep them to the side. What was the cut wanted in the first place?

It's really in need of some choppy layers to take some of the weight out of it. Ask them to point cut the ends to break up the heavy lines.

Well, I used to have my bangs put to the side when I had long hair so I liked that. Typically I have it shorter in the back, everything thinned out from its long days and shortened a bit.

And I may be willing to go shorter but not too much. I'm not really comfortable with it being too short.

While it's short it does go relatively fast but then it starts to slow down about halfway down my neck. It'll be a few weeks.

Right now, when it comes to shortness anything'll be fine provided it can be fixed. I can find a cool hat for awhile if necessary.

Go somewhere else than you did this time, and tell them to give you a nice grow-out cut :)

Beanies are absolutely wonderful for covering up a nasty cut while tying to let it grow out.
Yet they might get a tad hot in the summer.
