I usually dye my hair with a mixture of Special Effects deep purple and blue velvet, which produces a nice result. However, EVERY website is out of stock on this color. I'm so upset!

Does anyone have any recommendations on another brand or color I could use? I'm not too fond of manic panic (it doesn't last very long on my hair), but what about Raw or Directions?

    I've heard Raw is crap.
    Directions Violet maybe?
    Plum is darker but it has pink tones rather than blue.

    More in stock at HairCrazy.com later today.

    It was out of stock with Special Effects which explains why no one had it.

    i just used raw deep purple today and it came out very nice and dark. im not sure how it will fade though.
    it turned my hands, my ears, my feet, basically my whole body,and my shower purple. i think that means it will stay.:)


    Be very open and honest with who and what you are. If people still like you, fine, if not, that's their problem.

    Raw works really well for purples. And the hair dye smells nice :D

    i noticed. it smelled like grapes. their pink smelled like cotton candy!!!
