It's more reddish then orange and I don't like. I don't dare bleach it up a bit to try again and this time not so thickly so how can I make it more orange??

Edit to say that on one side it's more color then on the next and just like my man said, I'm bothered by that too.

*sigh*

Don't worry, the reddish orange won't last too long.
After a few washes it will lighten rather nicely.

You're welcome...going for a swim or spending a day outside might help speed up the process as well.
I remember really liking the colour as it faded, it turned into the orange I wanted in the first place!

I did bleach on some dark places, put more orange on and it looks smashing. I am going to swim tomorrow though. So hot here.

However, I do hope it lasts a while. Finally have orange hair with some dark red.

Thinking about posting pics later on.

That would be good, I'd really like to see more photos of orange hair.

I've got pics in my timeline with me with FRESH Napalm hair. It's the bomb. Not many other people seemed to like it, though. I got a lot of negative-teasing type comments, but I liked it a lot. It stays well and when you bleach it, it turns bright yellow (FYI), but covers really well with pretty much any color.

I also had some troubles finding a nice medium/pumpkin orange, the napalm fades out nicely though.

I recently tried manic panics "tiger lily" its a really nice orange, probably my favorite orange, except Im not a fan of manic panic b/c they wash out so quickly.

Jerome Russel's Punky color is by far the best hair dye, it last soooo long and fades out reallly well. Only problem is they have no basic orange! The reds/orange colors they have are labelled soo confusing, they have a mandarin but it looks like red to me on the bottle... anyone know of a punky color that comes out orange??
