I am headed to gencon this coming week, and want to dye my hair some extreme color (candy apple red maybe). I don't think there is enough time to buy something online and wait for it to be shipped. Does anyone here know of a place in the greater Milwaukee area that sells good hair dye?

I'm from Milwaukee. Sorry I didn't see this before. Hopefully you haven't given up. Starship carries Special Effects and Punky Color. Closet Classics carries Special Effects. Sally Beauty carries a pretty limited range of Manic Panic colors and some other stuff that I wouldn't recommend.

I second Starship; they have a huge variety for descent prices. And if you decide you like crazy colours, go on New Years Day when everything's half off.

If you have your heart set on Manic Panic, I know the Spencer's in Mayfair carries all the standard colours.
