New site is finally up and pretty much working. You'll notice a few new features:
*Avatars again! - finally!
*Site-wide user profile
*Add an article - You can now add beginner guides, dreadlocking articles, dyeing techniques etc. to the site. We'll look it over and if there are no problems your article will appear on the site. Here's an example - sickpuppy wrote a photo story for the old site: http://haircrazy.info/PhotoStories/hollys-prom-hair/ and when he uploads an avatar it will appear at the top right. That gives you an idea of how your articles could look.
*Commenting - you can now rate and comment on articles on the site
*Submit a question - got a hair related dilemma? Check out the hair help section where you can now submit a question to be answered.
*Product Reviews - now you can add your opinions of products simply by filling in a form.
*You can upload more images - in forum topics you can upload 3 pictures per post. You don't need to worry about size as that's all taken care of automatically now.

We're working on new features and you should see more changes over the next few weeks including a better gallery, searching and private messaging.

Ok, so before you tell me I know the following things about the site:
*Gallery navigation is screwy and links to wrong place.
*Spiking article is missing - redoing the images (in progress)
*Internet Explorer issues - (should be fixed next week)
*sub menu text is too small
*image at the bottom right is misaligned
*main text area is resized a bit small
*some images have a weird beige background
*Some article lists have thumbnails in strange places (fixed)
*Dye Reviews and colour charts need to be added (in progress)
*Archived forums need to be added
*Images and links aren't working properly in the forum (fixed)
If you find any other problems I'd be grateful if you could post them here.

We're working on getting the old forum posts copied into this one so hopefully that will be completed in the next few days.

I love it.
I did find one kink - when you click on 'Dreadlocking' up there ^^,it takes you to a link for 'All dreadlocking articles' and the link isn't working.
But they might not be up yet I'm guessing.
Anyway! Hurrah for new site!! Woo!

I was a little worried when it suddenly went dead, then i found this forum (while it was still WIP) a fews days ago and realised what was going on. Glad to see it back.

Glad to be back - may haircrazy continue to spread the hair related madness!

Plus this version looks tops, it matches the shop, and its easier to navigate.

Can't wait to get all the stupid bugs fixed. I have no idea why images keep being quoted and linked to things are breaking (worked in the testing environment) but rest assured it will be fixed pronto.
