what do you guys use to prevent colours bleeding onto eachother?

i see soooo many with multi-coloured, and yet it looks still intact.

my blue runs onto my pink and turns purple

The best way to do it is to separate the parts out when you're washing it. It takes a little more time, but keeps the colors looking nice.

Hmm if possible try to wash them seperately, especially for the first few times, until the colours stop bleeding as much when you wash them. Other than that I don't know.

Don't pile your hair up on top of your head when you wash it and when you rinse it let the water run from the roots to the tips of your hair.

It's usually shampooing that does it, so I agree about rinsing separately if possible. The choice of colours can make a big difference too. If you go for a strong or dark colour with a pastel shade you'll notice a lot more bleeding than if the colours are as bright as each other.

you can go to sally beauty supply and get a tub of cholesterol, and apply it to the section you don't want to bleed. it works wonders :)

It's not that bad actually, but if you use too much it tends to leave your hair greasy.

take it slow in the shower, and do it seperatly. try not to wash your hair too often, and don't swim in chlorine
