"Purple" by Punky Colour is pretty damn bright. : D
( My pic over there )
Only just dyed it two days ago though, so I'm not sure how long it's life is.

    Special Effects Pimpin Purple lasts for ages and is really bright.

    I had good results with both Punky Violet and Punky Plum.
    SFX Wildflower isn't too bad either.
