Hey there! I'm really new to dyeing hair and actually this will be my first attempt.

What I'm trying to do is dye my hair black with temporary then bleach the tips and dye them neon green. I'm not quite sure how to go about doing this and in what order, I have curly hair. Any advice you can give me would be great
Thanks,
-Crimson

Even though you're using a semi-permanent for the black it's best to keep it off the area that you plan to bleach. It would probably be easiest to put your hair into sections and apply the black with a tint brush leaving the ends untouched.
After that's been rinsed out apply the bleach to the ends of your hair and let it process to a pale yellow. Shampoo that out and you can then apply the green.
I'd be interested to see photos if you go ahead.

i totally agree. and with a green color you don't need it to be 'white' blonde, yellow tones will blend nicely. if you get orange by accident, from bleaching, i'd try a toner to get that shade out and so you can avoid over bleaching.
