well I bleached about two or three weeks ago and was wondering if it was too late to go white, or at least get rid of some of this yellow. please help. thanks!!!

PS: whats the best toner?

You can tone at any time so far as I know. Same with dying.

The only white toner I have any experience with is MP's Virgin Snow (which gave me very uneven results that I ended up dying over), but I think Directions has a white toner too? I'm sure someone else on this board would know better than I - I'm not terribly familiar with UK brands yet.

    The Special Effects toner is supposed to be pretty decent.
