I was looking for new hair dye to use and I came across a brand called lolane. Has anyone tried this?
They have supposedly permanent green even.
Thanks

While I have never tried it I am disturbed by the fact that every picture has the same person, so I'm betting all the pictures are computer graphics. Wonder what the developer is?

I've yet to find one of those that is truly permanent. Usually they just permanently lighten your hair and the colour fades out faster than a normal dye.

Metallic dyes perhaps? Those pretty much don't fade and you have to fight tooth and nail to get them out once you're bored with the color.

Alot of people here tell of their bad experiences with "permanent unnatural dyes". I don't think this one is going to be any different. Maybe someone will prove me wrong though. Am doubting it though.

    1st post here!
Caterpillar_Circus, did you ever try the Lolane? I just found out about that product, in fact, googling for info on it is what brought me to these message boards.

I found Lolane on eBay, and once the auction ends, I'm going to send a message to the person who got it asking if they used it and how it was.

I've got some of that, I just remembered! I've never tried it though as I'm allergic to the para-phenylenediamines in it (that are in every single bloody box dye out there). Now that I have blue hair, I could try it on the ends of some of my hair, see what happens with it. I'm sure it's not permanent, but it could stick decently enough to make it worth it for some folk.

Lolane is a Thai brand, that's where I bought it from a few years ago.

Goldwell Elumen, a professional colour range, has reportedly really long lasting unnatural colours that need a developer, and they don't have para-phenylenediamines in them! I'm quite attracted to the idea of using them, as I'm sick of fading hair after ten years of being allergic to anything permanent and avoiding getting my hair wet so it doesn't fade. It's just that they're fearsomely expensive even on eBay and need quite a bit of TLC and pre-bleaching to get the colour to stick well. Perhaps I should start a topic on this brand if no one else has.
