I tried to get my hair to white, i bleached it to a very pale blond and then put manic panic virgin snow in it for an hour. i took it out and it just lightened it a little more.

im pissed because i spent $12 on it. can anyone help me???

you might need to bleach it again

my hair before was like between blond and brown...

    "Between blonde and brown" doesn't sound light enough. Your hair needs to be near-white to begin with for toners to work.
