I cant' name specific products as Im in the states, but I recently read some instructions on the Clairol Professional website where you can mix in 'intensiviers' into blondes to creative permanent funky colors. If you have a beauty supply store locally (or one online) they should have the supplies for it - might be worth double checking with a prof though as the directions were actually for purple and green, but I'd imagine the same principals would apply.

heres the directions for the green and purple

Q. Our haircolor class is learning about color. How do we get the brightest green and purple haircolors on platinum blonde hair?

From Crystal McDonald, Coldwater, MS

A. For bright colors, the hair must be pre-lightened to the Yellow Stage, not platinum, before applying the final shade. To achieve a bright green color mix equal parts of the Complements Hydra-Drench Color Gold and Blue Intensifiers. To create purple, use the Violet Intensifier.

so what I'm assuming is you can just use the blue intensifier to create a blue shade.

Honestly there are no permanent blues out there. If they existed I'd know.
Some claim to be permanent but they never are.
The longest lasting blue I have used is Special Effects Blue Velvet. You can buy it at haircrazy.com, we're in Dundee so first class post could be with you by wednesday

Besides, even if there was a way to make permanent unnatural colored dye, then wouldn't that be a bad thing? considering how often most people here change there color.....
