Hi everyone! Well I've been reading the articles and posts and stuff on this site for a while and decided I would finally sign up...

Okay, so about 4 months ago I got the tips of my hair bleached light blonde at a salon, then I dyed them at home myself with some dye from Sally... it faded reallyyyy fast and i had to keep redying it every few days so after a month I got tired of it and i decided to buy some SFX Deep Purple...i used that and it ended up nice, lasted a long time too ^_^

in June my parents made me get most of the ends cut off because they said it was too damaged T_T
well my layers were a bit uneven before i dyed my hair, so after it was cut this time, there were still a few little pinkish tips in the front, which are now pinkish white..
and 2 days ago, i highlighted my hair...and my hair is hmmm medium brown i suppose..the highlights are a bronzey color...it looks okay i guess, but i'm not crazy about it...so my question is, what kind of results can i expect if i put deep purple over the bronze? and what color will it turn once it fades?

i'll use some lightning gel to make it a little lighter, if i need to...

It will go a kind of plum shade most likely but will look sort of rusty as it fades out. You should get a noticeable purple result. I'd try a strand test first since deep purple lasts so long.
