I'm feeling kind of bored with my current hair colour [a very odd, uneven platinum blonde] and have decided that I miss my black hair. The thing is, it took a lot of money and time, plus the good condition of my hair, in order to get it as light as it is at the moment. So I was looking on the Sally's website and found Roux Fanci-Full Temporary Colour Rinse, which claims to rinse in and shampoo out. I though this might be a good way to be able to have my black hair again without commitment, but then I realized that it's probably designed for virgin hair or hair that is a natural colour and not for bleach blonde. I was wondering if anyone has had expirience with using this product on bleached hair before, and if it leaves any sort of tint behind on the hair, and if so, what colour is the tint and how dark is it? Or maybe does anyone know of a similar temporary black dye that will last a week at most and will fade grey?

Thanks in advanced.

That product is mainly intended for white/grey hair as far as I know so it should be ok on platinum. I've used the shade white minx I think it was called. Personally I wasn't all that impressed by it but others have had good results.
I would recommend doing a strand test first.
The product is extremely watery so if you are trying the black one I recommend you apply it while standing in the shower or somewhere you can easily rinse. You'll also need to apply it section by section for even coverage. You may find it useful to apply it using cotton wool.
If you do go for it, I'd be really interested to hear your experience.

Schnazziness. I think I'm going to be picking some up tomorrow, and I'll make sure to report back with my results.

    Thanks much.
