I have recently found two wonderful products:

1) Damage Remedy by Aveda.
Has resurrected my dry, dull bleached hair into the soft, shiny locks that little kids have :)
Rather pricey alas so i recommend getting it from ebay
Leave on for 5 mins and voila!

2) Label M's Intensive conditioner
(available from Toni & guy, this is the cream and pink tub not the red and black one)
Leave on wet hair for half an hour or overnight and you will have hair those stupid l'oreal girls would be jealous of :p

I use the damage remedy twice a week and i use the label m as an intensive treatment once a week.

Put them on your birthday or christmas wish lists already!
