I've been planning on doing something different than normal with my hair.

Right now, I'm going to let most of the current hair grow out, so that I'm mostly back to natural color.

I want to dye my hair some bright color, preferably a bright blue or pink, and I want my hair to be as pale blonde as I can get it, and I'm postitive i'll need to bleach it twice before I can use a toner effectively (my hair is naturally a semi-dark brown).

My question is, how long should I wait in between bleaching, and is there any sort of shampoo or conditioner I can use that will allow me to bleach again sooner?

It really depends on the condition of your hair.
I'd do a strand test and see how much bleach it can take.
That's the only way you can know for sure.
