I used a dry shampoo once when I went to a music festival for a weekend.

You basically sprayed it on, and it looked powdery. You then rubbed it in and combed it until it stopped looking powdery... It made your hair *look* clean, but it didn't feel much cleaner. I'm not sure what effect it would have on semi permanent colours, as my hair was a normal colour at that point...

But it could be worth a try as they aren't too expensive?

i use the psssst stuff. i've used it with both semi and permanent color, as well as extensions. like arkle said, basically spray, looks like dandruff in your hair, rub, and comb till it gets absorbed into the hair. thats basically what it does, it absorbs a small amount of the oils in your hair and scalp so you have more of a clean look, since its a powder it also takes away some of the shine that goes along with oily greasy hair. i agree it dosen't make it feel much cleaner, a shampoo or atleast a cold rinse in the shower is still nessecary everyonce in a while.
