Hey there...

I'm at the time where I desperately need a root touch up, since my hair is pretty short and it's been about 3 weeks. They show terribly.

Right now I've got Napalm Orange bangs/fringe and the rest of my hair is golden/yellowy blonde.

What do you think will look best...or add something else if you don't like the suggestions. I'm liking the orange, so I'm planning on keeping it for a while longer.

1. Bleach the roots, keep it "as is" ~~ I'll most likely need to retouch the bangs area as well.

2. Color the roots with a golden blonde haircolor (not bleach). I might be able to get away with not having to retouch the bangs then, but might still need to do it anyway.

3. Dye the blonde area (and the orange fringe) with a orangey red, giving the hair a two tone look. I posted a lighter orange red swatch, but have considered a darker color, too. My hair seems more orange than in the original picture, but hasn't faded much.

I think 3 would be cool.

I think if you bleached the roots and maybe bleach a little bit into the length you'll get a really nice gradient of bleached fading down to orange.
