i dyed my hair with manic panic hot hot pink today. it turned a nice dark maroon pink, i guess. i wanted something like a hot pink or just a good basic pink. not light pink.
i did not bleach it this time because i already had light pink called cotton candy from raw.(the smell made me sick) it was too light to i wanted to dark it up but now it is too dark.
please help. i don't know if i should bleach it out a bit to get it lighter? or maybe wash it alot. not sure if washing it would give me a pink or a washed out dark pink. maybe cover it with atomic pink? i read that is a good pink? please help.

It will brighten up as it fades to try using a good shampoo to strip out some of the colour.

In the future, if you want a good pink, try Atomic Pink from Special Effects. It is out of this world. Beautiful. One of the best colors I have ever did!!!

Atomic pink by SFX is awesome because the color is a redish pink or pinkish red and lasts a long, long time. This is the only pink which faded six to eight weeks later into the SFX color of cupcake pink. Strongly suggest trying both a beige blonde and golden blonde hair color at the same time as the base color before applying and then determine for yourself the result you like best. Fun to try new things and share results in my humble opinion.
