I think the recent problems some people have been having uploading photos (and viewing timeline photos) have now been fixed. Unfortunately I had to delete 9 photos which didn't upload properly (3 of them were yours attheraft). Please check your timeline and gallery submissions to see if any of your photos are gone. They had to be deleted or your timeline wouldn't function properly.
The problem happens when the server is under high load and uploading a photo fails half way through. Your image is uploaded but essential information such as the date is not. You'll notice timeline listings are arranged by month so if there's no date value there it tends to break things.
We're looking into tuning things up so this doesn't happen again but it's going to take a while since it's hard to locate where the problem happens. It's less likely to happen if you're uploading smaller images (under 150kb).
I realise it's a pain in the butt but hopefully we can get it resolved pronto

Ok, it wasn't as easy as I thought and something is seriously broken. Working on it just now and will let you know when it's fixed.

Aha - I've figured it out.
It's the date. If you put in the words "I dunno" as a date for your photo, unsurprisingly it's going to screw up! (You know who you are).
Also the date/time format needs to be dd/mm/yyyy so if you put it in with the month first it'll fail. Will post a fix for this later.
