Depends on what color you want to try next. Suggest if you are looking for any orange or red then no bleaching would be required. if you are looking for a blue, expect a purplish blue where the pink is now. Not quite light enough pink for green color. Also found atomic pink lasts a very long time, in fact atomic pink seems to have its own half-life..lol. Atomic pink in my humble opinion could not completely remove even with bleaching. The only alternative am aware of is a clarrifing shampoo.

I agree with Andya. I used Atomic Pink over another color and when I bleached it all out, I was left with really hot pink hair. It's pretty durable. If you're looking to go blonde, you might be able to fade a bit more and go a darker shade, but I don't think you'll get to platinum.

Funky colors (except lighter greens) should be okay.

Thought about this some more, dug deepr into the grey matter, and recall once was a product called, color remover, and years ago found in Walgreens (Pharmacy/Drug Store) and Sally's Beauty Supply Store. Not sure if made anymore or where to get unfortunately. However, this product was an alternative to bleach. Hope you find the information your looking for and results you like.

i was actually going to do green:(
so i tried bleaching it and it didnt do anything at all.

i am currently broke so dye remover is out of the question so im just going to get it cut.

everybody advises me against using green, they say it will look weird.

    what should i do?

A strand test. Darker green will cover it, just don't go for anything to pale or neon. Even a medium green should cover it but it will probably go a dark mossy colour where the pink was.

green would look good and also suggest a dark green to medium green like Iguana Green but no lighter with the current pink.

1999 for St. Patricks day I had a light pink about half the amount of pink posted in the second picture. The professional was uncertain of the results and used SFX Iguana Green. Estimate waited about 30 to 40 minutes then rinsed the dye. The result was a medium green to some spots had a darker than medium green. Also there were a few slivers of purple mixed in. Iguana green SFX=medium green and Sonic green SFX=darker green as reference. That was my unprofessional experience working with a professional to dye green over pink. Hope helps a little.
