I did a photo story on bleaching an underlayer for the fringe - but I'm not sure if its going through. its having a problem re loading, but i hit submit twice and it sort of got stuck. I had the same problem when i loaded my new user icon, but it went through. Just don't want to bombard you with the article over and over again!
