i'm trying to achieve perfectly white hair. i've bleached my hair to extremely platinum blonde, think billy idol white-blonde, with my hair still in terrific condition. i've used purple shampoo to take out as much of the yellow tints as possible, and now all i need is to buy the toner. but there are so many out there though, i don't know which to buy!
i know of manic panic's virgin snow, but i've heard that MP washes out the fastest.. then there's special effects' toner and punky color toner, but i don't know where to find those. finally, at sally beauty salon they have something [forget the name] that is apparently excellent at turning hair white, but if you leave it in for longer than the requirement, like 3 minutes over, your hair quickly turns lavender. =/

i was wondering if anyone had any recommendations they'd be willing to share? and any further tips on achieving completely white hair?
thanks! =]

I always had good results with Special Effects toner (if you can't get it locally try haircrazy.com). I managed to get my hair really white with that but you have to do a strand test to make sure you don't leave it on too long and get a lavender colour. If that does happen it should come out in one or two washes though.
