i desperately want my hair to be completely white. i've bleached it as much as possible from red to platinum, deep conditioned, bought purple shampoo, and have toned it a number of times. you think that got it completely white? NO!

the top part of my hair did take the white, but the bottom half of my hair still has an annoying yellow/platinum tint to it. i bleached and toned it one more time, thinking that would get the remains of the lingering yellow out, to no avail. [surprisingly, my hair is actually still in super shape.]

i need help! please!

I see what you mean. The ends are a bit more yellow than some of the strands at the top.
I think you should be able to tone that out. A professional permanent dye might help. They're pretty good at evening out colours but apply first to the darkest hair for best results.
When I had white hair I used to use a UV light to find the dark bits. Sounds weird but it's a really good way of finding where the less-bleached parts of your hair are.
