I made some cookies a few weeks ago with tahini, no butter, milk, eggs since it's fasting period (Orthodox Easter coming up) in Greece and sesame has some oil in it on its own. They were very light and tasty and smelled so good when they were baking. Apart from what little sugar they had in, those were also nice for a healthier sweet snack.
