I get a lot of older people that joke around and say "what happened to your hair?!"
So I just say, "I dunno. It just happened. I woke up one day and it was just blue! You know how some people go grey? Well... I guess I went blue. "

And lately people have been TOUCHING my hair. Like it's not real or something. Sometimes they think they're extensions. I had this colourist that had just moved from L.A. to Iowa totally checking my ends, and feeling my hair, while his female friend continuously tell me how much she/they LOVED my hair, at the bar.
.... AWKWARD!

Edit: I attest to Malibu's nastiness. You gotta mix it with something, it's not a very smooth drink on its own.

I also have people touching my hair. It's annoying & weirds me out. Or the random - "Hey, love your hair (or something similiar)" shouted out of a car by some guy. Creepy. I'm 35 and it doesn't get any scarier than that. I want to run - think I'm going to be abducted or something. LOL...

I HATE that. People sometimes don't even speak to you first, they just start pawing at your hair and you turn round and some random stranger has your hair in their hands. It's weird.

Yeah and they always say stuff like 'is it real?' or 'i've never touched pink hair before'.

I cannot stand people touching my hair, especially if i don't know them. It's just creepy and I don't know where they're hands have been! eesh

Sometimes people say something about my hair in a way that I don't know how to reply. They'll say something like "That's really blue," which isn't specifically a compliment, so I don't say "Thank you." Sometimes I just tell them it's my natural color.
