Photos of Blue Hair
I diluted the dye in quite a bit of conditioner, then went over certain stubborn bits a second time with a less diluted version :}
Obviously I went blue :D Violet is on the crown's roots and on the back. I must say pics don't show what I see with my eyes, maybe is the reflection of light on hair, I don't know, it's MUCH more vivid and not so uniform: roots, some strands and ...
This was my wedding day hair! I Used sky blue ion and diluted with conditioner for some portions. Also used manic panic in voodoo blue and rockabilly blue. I have been dyeing my hair blue for over a year now so I have deep deposits making each fresh dye last ...
some kind of ombre
- Color Jamz — Midnight Blue (BTZ)
- Color Jamz — Tripped Up Turquoise
This is after a couple of washes. I used anti-dandruff shampoo on the atlantic blue chunks. And then I washed my hole head with a new sulfate-free shampoo that I'm trying. This was the two toned blue I was aiming for. :)
I will be the first to say I am amazed at how well purple haze covered the minty green mess that my blues faded to. I left a few streaks of voodoo in for some variation, purple haze over some less-faded rockabilly turned it a darker blueish purple.
I recomend this color but then it faded to a light/pastel turquoise and was really hard to get out.
The dark blue is Turquoise and Cerise, and the lighter blue is diluted Atlantic Blue. It's faded a bit, and gone quite green now.
Probably one of my most basic color schemes ever, just alternating streaks of the two new MP blues. I wanted to go green for St. Patrick's day, but the red didn't fade out at the ends enough. I really love these colors. Both of them are gorgeously vivid.
Diluted Electric Amethyst with conditioner to get a light pastel purple, which faded quickly to a silvery-blue. After a few weeks, added Ultra Violet to everything but the bangs.
Was aiming to do two layers with a petrol blue on top and royal blue on the bottom. My 3:1 mix of Turquoise and Electric Blue didn't quite work out, so the shades aren't very distinct. Still, I'm glad to be rid of my faded green.
Turquoise on the upper layer and a mix of Neon + Midnight underneath, found this mix with a better staying power than each one for it's own.
I let my hair grow out to it's natural color, then chopped it off again. Bleached just the fringe around my face and used the Shocking blue, leaving it in overnight.
