What are tags?
Tags are a way of applying a few keywords to an article or photograph.
They allow related articles and photographs to be displayed together so that if you want to see everything to do with spiked hair the tag "spike" will show you how-to guides, photographs and forum topics on the subject.

I used Atomic Turquoise. Didn't turn out how I wanted it to. :( The darker blue on the bottom is After Midnight Blue.
